Eligibility Criteria For RITES POSTS
1. Educational Qualification & Percentage
Candidates must have a Full-time Diploma (or B.Sc. in Chemistry for the Chemistry post) in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- General/EWS/OBC candidates applying against unreserved posts must have a minimum of 50% marks in the minimum educational qualification.
- Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD) applying against reserved posts must have at least 45% marks in the minimum educational qualification.
2. Age Limit (as on a specified cut-off date, typically the last date for submission)
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) as per Government of India rules.
3. Post Qualification Work Experience
- Candidates must have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant domain/discipline.
- Experience in training, internship, teaching, or research fellowship will typically not be considered as work experience.
