2. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
A. Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (10th Class): Must have passed the 10th class or equivalent (under the 10+2 system) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. AND
- ITI Certificate: Must possess a valid ITI Pass Certificate in the relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Machinist, etc.) issued by an NCVT or SCVT recognized institution.
- Crucial: All educational and ITI qualifications must have been completed and results declared on or before November 18, 2025 (date of notification).
B. Age Limit (as on December 24, 2025)
- Minimum Age: 15 years

3. 📝 Selection Process
The RRC NR Apprentice selection is entirely merit-based. There is no written examination or interview.
- Merit List Calculation: The merit will be calculated by taking the simple average of the percentage of marks obtained in:

- ITI Trade Certificate (50% weightage)
- Document Verification (DV): Candidates shortlisted based on the merit list (2 times the number of vacancies) will be called for document verification.

4. 💰 Stipend and Post-Training Benefits
