Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduation from a Government-recognized University/Institution.
- Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% marks and certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, or CFA.
2. Experience Requirements
- VP Wealth (SRM): Minimum 6 years of experience in sales/marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management firms, or AMCs.
- AVP Wealth (RM): Minimum 3 years of experience in the same sectors.
- Customer Relationship Executive: No mandatory experience, but preference is given to those with a valid two-wheeler license and knowledge of financial product documentation.
Selection Process
Unlike regular banking exams, this recruitment does not have a written test.
- Shortlisting: Based on the parameters (qualification, experience, etc.) set by the Shortlisting Committee.
- Interview (100 Marks): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview (Personal/Video).
- Merit List: Prepared solely based on the marks obtained in the interview.
- CTC Negotiation: The final salary is negotiated based on your experience and current CTC.
