🎓 Eligibility & Salary
1. Requirements
- Education: Must have passed SSLC (10th) and possess an ITI – National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience or training in the relevant trade is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (Candidates must be born on or after February 8, 1981). Standard government relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
2. Remuneration
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay:
- Monthly Base: ₹23,300
- With Extra Hours: Up to ₹29,130 per month.
⚖️ Selection Process
Selection is primarily based on practical expertise rather than just theory:
- Phase I: Certificate & Experience Verification.
- Phase II: Practical Test / Skill Test (100 Marks) conducted at CSL, Kochi.
- Final Merit List: Based on marks secured in the Practical Test.
