A. Educational Qualification (As on November 01, 2025)
Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Important Restriction: Candidates who have completed one year or more of work experience post-qualification are NOT eligible.
NATS/NAPS Registration: Candidates must be mandatorily registered on the Government of India apprenticeship portals, either NATS or NAPS.

5. Stipend & Nature of Engagement
Stipend: The amount varies based on the place of training:
Metro/Urban Branches: ₹15,000/- per month
Rural/Semi-Urban Branches: ₹12,000/- per month
Allowances/Benefits: Apprentices are NOT eligible for any other allowances, benefits, or employee perks that regular Bank of Baroda staff receive.
Job Guarantee: The apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment in Bank of Baroda after the completion of the 12-month training period.
6. Application Procedure
Mandatory Registration: Candidates must first register themselves on either the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in) or the NAPS portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in).
Application Search: Search for “Bank of Baroda” under the advertised apprenticeship opportunities on the portals.
Examination Form: After applying on NAPS/NATS, eligible candidates will receive an email from info@bfsissc.com to fill the final “Application cum Examination Form.”
Fee Payment: Pay the application fee through this examination form link. The application is considered complete only after the fee is successfully paid.
