Vacancy & Eligibility Details
Candidates can apply for only one stream based on their qualifications.

- Age Limit (as of March 7, 2026): 21 to 30 years.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection is based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification.
- Written Test (CBT): 200 Questions | 200 Marks | 180 Minutes.
- Part I (Aptitude): 40 Questions (Reasoning, Quant, General Ability).
- Part II (Technical): 160 Questions (Stream-specific core subjects).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Qualifying Marks: Minimum 40% in each part and 50% overall for General candidates (relaxable for reserved categories).
Salary & Service Bond
- Pay Scale: IDA Pay Scale [E-3] of ₹24,900 – ₹50,500 (Pre-revised).
- Estimated In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹78,000 – ₹80,000 per month including allowances (IDA, HRA).
- Probation: 2 years (including 52 weeks of structured training).
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹9 Lakhs to serve BSNL for at least 5 years.
