The exam will be conducted in an offline (pen-and-paper) mode across 140 cities.

How to Download Your Admit Card
- Visit Official Site: Go to ctet.nic.in.
- Click Link: Select the link “Download Admit Card: CTET Feb-2026” (there are usually two mirror links available).
- Login: Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth (or Password).
- Security Pin: Enter the captcha shown on the screen and click “Submit.”
- Print: Your admit card will appear. Check all details and take a clear printout (preferably in color).
Mandatory Checklist for Exam Day
You will not be allowed to enter the center without the following:
- Printed Admit Card: The e-admit card downloaded from the official site.
- Valid Photo ID: Original (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
- Pen: A good quality Blue or Black Ballpoint Pen for marking the OMR sheet.
- Photos: Carry 2 passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in the form) just in case.
Note on Timing: Gate closing is strictly 9:30 AM for the morning shift and 2:30 PM for the evening shift. No candidate will be allowed entry after these times.
