2. 🛡️ Eligibility Criteria (As on July 1, 2025)
The PNB LBO post has two crucial mandatory requirements (Education and Experience) in addition to age limits.
A. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age (General/EWS): 30 years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (NCL – 3 years), PwBD (10 years), etc., as per Government rules.
B. Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
- A Graduate Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India.
C. Experience (Mandatory)
- A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification work experience in Officer Cadre or Clerical Cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank (SCB) or Regional Rural Bank (RRB) on a regular basis.
- Note: Experience in Private Banks, NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks, or Fintech companies is NOT considered eligible.
D. Language Proficiency (Mandatory)
- Candidates must be proficient (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) in the specified local language of the State/UT for which they apply.
- The vacancies are announced state-wise, and you can only apply for one state.
