The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has already released the Exam City Intimation Slip for the RRB Group D (CEN 08/2024) Computer-Based Test (CBT) and will release the Admit Card (e-Call Letter) shortly before your exam date.
The CBT is scheduled to be conducted from November 27, 2025, to January 16, 2026.

2. 🏙️ How to Check Your Exam City & Date
The Exam City Intimation Slip is an advance notice that tells you your exam city, date, and shift time, but it is NOT the Admit Card and cannot be used to enter the exam hall.
Steps to Download the City Intimation Slip:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to the official website of the RRB region you applied for, or the common portal, which is typically www.rrbcdg.gov.in or www.rrbapply.gov.in.
- Find the Link: Look for the link related to “CEN 08/2024 (RRB Group D) – Exam City Intimation Slip.”
- Login: Enter your login credentials:
- Registration Number (Username)
- Password / Date of Birth (in DD-MM-YYYY format)
- View and Save: Your slip showing the Exam City, Exam Date, and Shift Timing will be displayed. Download and save it for your travel planning.
3. 📥 How to Download the RRB Group D Admit Card
The RRB Group D Admit Card (e-Call Letter) will be available for download 4 days before your scheduled exam date. This document is mandatory for entry into the examination hall.
Steps to Download the Admit Card:
- Visit the Regional RRB Website (e.g., RRB Mumbai, RRB Chennai, etc.).
- Click the Admit Card Link: On the homepage, click on the link titled “Download e-Call Letter for CBT under CEN 08/2024” or similar.
- Login: Use the same login credentials (Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth) you used for the City Intimation Slip.
- Download: Your Admit Card will appear. Download and take a printout.
Mandatory Items to Carry to the Exam Hall:
- Printed Copy of the RRB Group D Admit Card
- One Valid Photo ID Proof (Original) – e.g., Aadhaar Card (mandatory for biometric verification), PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
- One Passport-Sized Color Photograph (same as the one uploaded during the application process).
🚨 Important Note: You must bring your original Aadhaar Card (or an e-verified Aadhaar printout) for Aadhaar-enabled biometric verification at the center.
